An ancient shrine set in a large wooded precinct in Suginami. It is widely identified as the model for Kitashirahebi Shrine in the Monogatari Series, with its stone lanterns and torii matching shots from the anime; it is also the tutelary shrine of the district where studio Shaft is based.
